Canterbury Oast Trust (COT) is a charity supporting people with learning disabilities in Kent and East Sussex enabling them to live independently.  My cousin Tim lives on their rare breeds farm and COT is supported by visitors to the farm and the work of volunteers and fundraisers.   I am running the London Marathon to raise funds for COT to be able to continue the work they do, helping 100 individuals live independently at the farm and providing Life Skills coaching for a further 70 people.
