Heritage Care is committed to improving the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society including those with a learning disability, people living with mental ill health including those living with dementia. It does so by delivering person-centred, innovative care and support solutions tailored to each individuals requirements. This enables people to live more valued, meaningful and fulfilled lives in their communities

I am raising funds to enable the Branching Out volunteer team to continue building a community horticulture workshop space to support mental wellbeing in the local community. People with mental illness, physical health issues and dementia will be given the opportunity to learn new skills, conñect to others and engage in meaningful activity. This kind of project is close to my heart as it is a lifeline for many who, like my father, are prevented from working due to poor health.
