Individual Giving Product Manager

We are sourcing a Product Manager to develop our ‘Individual Giving’ Product, to be used by charity partners to engage their supporter communities for specific fundraising campaigns.

About the role of IG Product Manager

Leading an innovative cross-functional incubator you will be responsible for revenue growth and P&L management in tandem with the delivery of a high-quality product.  The key objective of this role is to redefine what direct giving means to the world of charity by:

  • Determining our Individual Giving proposition in collaboration with Analytics, Marketing and Sales
  • Innovating a best-in-class fundraising-campaign product for use by charities in a B2B2C capacity
  • Driving product awareness and adoption 

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a commercially robust product roadmap based on user research and data analytics
  • Prioritising and delivering new features, product enhancements and initiatives
  • Monitoring existing feature success to rapidly address any under-performance
  • Developing appropriate messaging and personalised content with marketing and CRM to enhance the customer experience, driving adoption and ultimately donations
  • Partnering with a dedicated analyst to evolve product performance tracking, reporting and ultimately optimisation
  • Partnering with the commercial specialist to forecast, budget and deliver against the product line
  • Empower the Customer Success team to provide an outstanding service upon and after launch
  • Leading UX designers and the wider development team
  • Managing a range of stakeholders including senior charity officials and the management team 

About you

You are a seasoned product manager.  You have a track record of delivering growth via collaboration with a cross-functional team.  You balance considerations about a beautiful product and user experience with the importance of commercial success.  You understand how to leverage data science and CRM marketing campaigns.  To be successful, the following will apply to you:

  • Experience in a high volume marketplace or e-commerce platform
  • Experience of mobile site development, integrating with APIs and third party software
  • A track record of delivering impressive results through optimisation and personalisation
  • A hunger to innovate creative solutions to existing problems
  • Delivery-focussed with a tendency towards experimentation and rapid testing, including A/B and multi-variate
  • Proven experience delivering insight from data and research

  • A desire for autonomy and a preference for working with minimal support and guidance
