Marketing Manager (B2B) - 12-month FTC

We're looking for a growth driven Marketeer to join the team and own our B2B demand generation. 

About the role

18 years ago we started with a mission to ensure that no good cause goes unfunded. Today we are looking to turbocharge our growth and extend our reach to ensure that our mission is being fulfilled.  That’s why we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will work with our Head of Charity Marketing to scope and execute a demand generation and customer communication strategy that is in line with our mission and corporate strategy. The role will suit a data-driven marketer with a growth mindset who is familiar with sales and marketing processes. 

You will be working closely with all key internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to help optimise and deliver against our core business objectives through all marketing channels across our B2B portfolio.


  • Scope and execute demand generation activities with a focus on content, webinars, campaigns and events
  • Build market awareness and generate demand for B2B offerings 
  • Analyse and build on current strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Partnerships and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall strategy
  • Work across teams to ensure that sales enablement needs are being met

About you

  • Track record of success in B2B marketing and communications
  • Strong creative flair with the ability to write compelling content for a variety of customer segments
  • Experience of working within a SaaS platform is essential
  • You must have hands-on experience with Marketo
  • Be able to challenge ideas at all levels - Don’t mind ruffling a few feathers to achieve the right outcome  


  • Experience within non-profit/corporate/Endurance events sectors
