We are raising money for Pulmonary hypertension in memory of our brother who was diagnosed with the condition when we was 13 and sadly passed away on the 18th October 2019 at the age of 21. 

Although Josh had to have drugs administered 24/7 to control the progression of his condition, he was always so positive and never let it stop him doing anything!

Josh was keen to help other people who were suffering with this rare and devastating disease and raise awareness of the condition!
