Throughout February and March 2015 6 Air cadets, Dafydd Thomas-Hillman, George Navrady-Pitcher,  Alf Whitcher, Oliver Curtis, Matt Beck and Henry Bower will be walking the entire stretch of Dorset coastline in 20 mile stretches. We will be doing this to raise money for the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation.

The JTYAF has always been linked closely to the squadron the 6 cadets are from (2358 Ferndown) as John Thornton was an ex cadet from this squadron. George also received a bursary to take part in the IACE (International Air Cadet Exchange) where he visited Hong Kong for 13 days and main land China for 3 days! To thank the charity and raise money for an amazing cause they decided to walk along the local coast to raise money. The walk also helps George and Dafydd on their Junior Leaders course, which John Thornton also completed and achieved top student on his course.
