HELP NEPAL Network (www.HelpNepal.net) works in the areas of health and education and is the largest charitable network of Nepalis with chapters in 14 countries. We provide support in the sectors of health and education in rural Nepal and support in emergency/disaster relief efforts, occasionally.

Story

In 5th May 2012, landslide near the Machhapuchhre Mountain deep inside the picturesque Annapurna range triggered a catastrophic flash flood in Seti River.  At least 27 people are killed, 43 reportedly missing and more likely to be unreported and hundreds of people are affected. Dozens of families from Kharpani village, Sardikhola has been displaced. People were swept away along with their houses and livestock’s. There are hundreds of people who needs help and support in this difficult situation.

Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRN) UK and Help Nepal Network (HeNN) UK have joined up together to provide supports to the families and villages effected.
