My name is Kate and I am the Centre Manager at Margaret Green Animal Rescue.I will be wearing my horse suit from 8am on Monday 20th May until 4.30pm on Friday 31st May to try to raise £1000 to go towards 2 new field shelters we want to buy for our horses, ponies and donkeys here at Church Knowle. A lot of people are unaware of the huge number of equines being neglected and abandoned across the UK  and we are trying to help as many as possible. A lot of the equines we take in have had very little handling and have never been in stables so providing safe and secure shelters for them out in the fields is vital.

You can help secure happier futures for just some of the equines needing our help by donating towards this cause. If you would like to come out and meet some of the horses, ponies and donkeys that you will be helping our Church Knowle site is open to visitors 7 days a week 10am - 4pm.
