thanks to all the sponsors. fingers crossed for the weather, remember to come and cheer the children in at the Fleet on Sunday afternoon!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Almost 500 people in Worcestershire are diagnosed with breast cancer every year.

The incidence of breast cancer in Worcestershire is above the national average and there is currently no dedicated unit to support these victims.

We hope to raise funds and awareness to support the development a new unit in Worcestershire by organising a Kids Tri Challenge on September 16th 2012.

It is estimated that there will be 6,000 out-patient appointments annually in the new unit. It will also provide in-patient surgical procedures and post-discharge care and support for surgery carried out in the main hospital.

Our children are going to complete a Triathlon Challenge starting with a 5km paddle in Bell boats along the River Avon from Pershore to Eckington Bridge. They will then continue along the river with a 5km walk to Rockbridge Farm. Here they will mount their bikes and cycle 5km to a glorious finish at the fabuouls Fleet and Ferry Inn at Twynning.

I hope you will be able to support our children in this adventure and
thanks for looking now start giving!
