Story

As a Manchester based walker I am fundraising for the Kinder Mountain Rescue Team in it's 50th anniversary year.  I have always enjoyed walking the Dark Peak with the Ramblers' organised walks and I am raising money for KMRT in support of the valuable work they do in the area.

The Zoom reading of the classic tale of the Great outdoors - 'To Build a Fire' by Jack London went really well and as you can see  we have raised £668 so far.  Thank you for this incredible response.

Even though the event is now over, our friends at Kinder Mountain Rescue Team have put the event on You Tube so you can watch a recording of the evening.  Here's the link.

Please feel free to watch it, share it and make a donation to KMRT.

THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.
