Huntington's Disease is a little-known but devastating degenerative neurological condition impacting motor function, cognition, and emotion.  It is a cruel genetic disorder that can be passed from parent to child.  Much research is still needed to understand the disease and to find a cure.

My friend, who was diagnosed a little while ago, and their family are receiving crucial help, including practical advice and emotional support, from Huntington's Disease Association.  This incredible charity also works with professionals and promotes research towards better treatment and care.  Their team tirelessly support anyone in England and Wales affected by the illness.
