Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, several fundraising events that benefit Launchpad have been cancelled or postponed, including the Reading Half Marathon, Reading 10K, Pangbourne Dragon Boat Race and the Tribute Audax cycle ride. So why not help fundraise for Launchpad from the comfort of your own home?

Join us on Friday 22 May, Friday 5 June and Friday 12 June at 8pm for our Quarantine Quizzes via Zoom - all masterfully hosted by some recognisable faces! 

The events will not only challenge your brain and provide some pre-weekend entertainment – with every question you answer you’ll be raising vital funds for extremely vulnerable people in Reading during the pandemic too.

Test your knowledge on rounds including history, sport, pop culture and music, and battle it out for some enviable first, second and third prizes (and a prize for a randomly selected participant!).

Launchpad’s Quarantine Quizzes are £5.98 per household, per event, to enter. All funds raised will go towards Launchpad’s COVID-19 emergency appeal – so our staff can continue providing Launchpad clients, and the local community, vital help and resources during this crisis. That support includes daily welfare phone calls; the delivery of food, toiletries and cleaning supplies; placing rough sleepers in Launchpad supported housing; or our ‘here for you’ telephone service for absolutely anyone in need.
