Jessica and I are raising money for our local mental health charity Havering Mind to help celebrate their 50th anniversary. Jessica is 6 and will be taking part in the under 12 1K fun run. I will be doing the adult 5k run.

This was all Jessica's idea! She wanted to sign up after we took part in the 3.5k dog walk for this charity as well.
