Story

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I am running The Color Run in Manchester. The run is a 5k where every kilometer you run, you get doused in a different colour paint, HOW FUN!

The main reason for this run is to raise money and awareness for The Brain Tumour Charity.

Earlier this year, my Mom was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour. It's one of the worst pieces of news that our family has ever received. Though they caught it early, they only removed around 80% of the tumour. Unfortunately, the tumour was cancerous and has since spread around the rest of her brain, making it inoperable. She is currently being treated with chemotherapy and we are awaiting the next scan to tell us where we're at.

I am raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity as they dedicate all of their funds to research into the treatment of Brain Tumours and they provide support to those who are diagnosed and their families.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
