We help people with acquired brain injury to rebuild their lives

Story

The London Welsh Run's route will take me 200 miles in 4 days over the August bank holiday weekend following canals, rivers and the Wales coastal path.  I will cover the equivalent of 8 marathons in 4 days in an extraordinary test of endurance.

Headway provides support for people with brain injuries and their families and carers across the UK.  Support provided at Headway House in Cardiff helps fill the gaps in rehab services for people from across Wales.

I've seen the great work that Headway does through my wife, a speech and language therapist. Brain injuries are commonly caused by stroke, road accidents or accidents at home or at work and can change people's lives forever.   I want to take this opportunity to raise the profile, and raise desparately needed funds, for the extraordinary work that Headway does in helping care for those people and their families.

So please dig deep and donate now.
