I'm joining my friends and thousands of other women in the 2014, 10k Race for Life, in Milton Keynes, because I want to show my support for thousands of people who battle cancer every day and the families that love and support them.

Please help me by sponsoring me whatever you can, so that the money can be put to good use, researching and developing treatments to rid the world of cancer forever.

I lost my mum to breast cancer after she battled it for 11 years. There will never be a daughter who is more proud of her mother, than I am of my mum. She taught me so much and even though I was an adult with a family of my own when I lost her there is not a day that goes by when I don't miss her in my life. 

By raising money for Cancer Research I hope other families can some day be saved the pain of losing their loved ones to this awful disease.
