We're a bunch of builders on bikes (except Tom who has got a soft job). We're doing this partly to get fit but mainly to raise funds for unpaid young carers in the UK, children as young as just 7, who look after family members who need their support 24/7, 365 days a year. These children do not have a 'normal' childhood and our mission is to help them by giving them a  break, a chance to forget their responsibilities and have some fun. 

The charity, Carers Trust in Greater Manchester will make this happen and they have trained staff who can step in and take over the caring responsibilities, whatever the needs are, whilst the young carers take a well earned break.
