Hi Folks,

As you may know my mother unfortunately suffers from Motor Neuron Disease. Since her diagnosis she has been receiving help and support from the Scottish Motor Neuron Disease Association. I would like to give something back as a thank you.

I am taking part in Pedal For Scotland which is a cycle ride between Glasgow and Edinburgh, on the 14th of September. I'm doing it for fun (crazy I know), but it would be great to raise some money for the SMNDA as well. So if you can spare a few bob you could sponsor me to take part.

I promise I will do my best to complete the course, however, I have been told that there are cake stops on the course, so there is a reasonable chance that I might not make it beyond these......  :-)
