In 2018 Katy (my wife, 31) was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Cancer and has been receiving amazing treatment at Velindre Cancer Centre.  She is fighting exceptionally hard and things are going to plan. However, it made me realise that when you hit a low point you need to bounce back fitter, stronger and faster. As a result, I will be running every major 10k or Half marathon in Llanelli, Swansea and Cardiff in 2019 wearing boots and carrying full military kit weighing more than 20Kg. I will be raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre by completing the following events. Please donate or support the fight against this horrible disease. I would also welcome anyone to join me and keep me company on any of the runs!
