Mark and Tanya are doing the Walk for Wards 10km walk this Sunday at Wilton House estate, near Salisbury to raise some money for the Pembroke Unit Fund which helps people with cancer and blood disorders at Salisbury District Hospital. 

They have helped my father as he has battled with Myeloma since he was first diagnosed 15 years ago. He is back having chemotherapy now for the third time at the age of nearly 70.

So this is a little pay back for what they've done. Any donation, however small would be gratefully appreciated.
