NCH Action for Children Clyde Slide · 10 September 2008

We protect and support children and young people, providing practical and emotional care and support. We ensure their voices are heard, and campaign to bring lasting improvements to their lives. Our vision is that every child and young person has a safe and happy childhood, and the foundations they need to thrive.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Myself and a group of daredevil friends will be zipping 1000ft down a zipline slide across the glorious River Clyde Bell's Bridge on Saturday October 4th.

Joining me will be celebrity designer John Amabile, lead singer of Tamikas Treehouse Blair Gorman, TV business guru Chris Gorman, TV Presenter Sarah Heaney, former Miss Scotland Nieve Jennings and Clyde 1's super drive time star Suzie McGuire ... and we need your help to take the plunge!!

I am an ambassador for NCH Scotland and all money raised by our journey down the Clyde Slide will b donated to a ground breaking campaign called ‘Growing Strong’. The overall aim is to enable and empower children, improve their emotional wellbeing, regardless of the obstacles in their way, and to help them reach their full potential as fully functioning, confident adults.
