We tackle gender inequality and violence to improve the lives of women and girls

Story

We are staff working in a Contact Centre in Manchester and together we are fundraising for The Pankhurst Trust (Incorporating Manchester Women's Aid).

In teams of around eight colleagues, we are all putting in our distance and collectively reach the marathon marker of 26.2 miles.

Regardless of how we are meeting our distance, whether it is walking round the house or garden, or going for a jog around the block, we are all putting efforts in to achieving a collective goal of finishing 26.2 milesWe are happy to be fundraising for The Pankhurst Trust (Incorporating Manchester Women's Aid), whilst they continue in supporting women.

"The Pankhurst Trust brings together Manchester Women’s Aid and the Pankhurst Centre. We work together to ensure the powerful story of the women who won the vote continues to inspire us all to challenge gender inequality, and to ensure that those suffering from domestic violence and abuse get the confidential help they need."
