Here at Samuel David it is not many of us that can grow a mustache so we decided to bake "mustache-shaped cookies" and sell for the Movember charity. With a little fun internal rivalry between who bakes the best biscuits, it get's all the clients involved too. We do like a harmless competition every now and again so come in for a taste and decide who's baking the best one, we can't wait to hear what you think! Movember, also known as No-Shave November, is an annual event involving the growing of mustaches and beards during the month of November to raise awareness and support of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer and other male cancers but also other support alternatives for issues such as depression. Movember is a world wide event and Canada is so far the top fund raiser for the November charity, let's beat them this year!
