Northumberland College’s Outdoor Adventure Academy students are aiming to summit the highest mountain in N. Africa, Mount Toubkal (4167m). They also aim to make a positive contribution to the local community and raise money for the charity “Education for All” which looks to help girls living in rural and remote regions in Morocco into education.

We will be donating half of the money raised from sponsorship activities and are proud to be making a small, but positive contribution to the local community where we will be living and trekking over seven days in June. If you would like to help promote education for girls (something that we take for granted in the UK, but is often a challenge in rural Morocco), please take the time to have a look at this short video and if possible please donate (however small)
