Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Supporting the East Kent Pilgrims Hospices is important, any one of us and our loved ones could require their services, as well as those worse off than ourselves for whom no other support may  be available.

I finished the 78 mile ride on Sunday in five and a half hours, a whole hour faster than last year which I was very pleased with. I pushed myself quite hard between Canterbury and Ashford and by Lyminge my thighs were burning! The last stretch up from Minster and through Manston airport against the wind was hard going and I was grateful for Karly collecting me with her car!
