Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm raising funds for Dads Rock - the great charity I work for because all our fundraising events have been cancelled and we need donations to keep supporting families and help them feel less isolated. 

Dads Rock has  responded quickly to the impact of COVID-19 ensuring service continuity at this difficult time. 

Over the next 6 months Dads Rock parenting workshops will help over 1000 families from across Scotland. The webinars will include antenatal, hairstyle, feeding, sleep and Raising Children with Confidence courses. This is especially important just now as the NHS has suspended their antenatal workshops and parents are getting used to spending more and more time with their children. All attendees have the opportunity to access further support from our project workers.

Dads Rock are continuing with their vital work to support vulnerable young dads using telephone and video conferencing and playgroup dads via Zoom chat and our WhatsApp Group and making videos such as story time, activities for children and recipe ideas that can be shared with the families. Dads Rock Academy attendees are also being supported via Zoom sessions to enable them to access music and feel less isolated.
