The Starfish Greathearts Foundation provides life-saving healthcare to vulnerable children in South Africa. Last year runners for Starfish raised £28,000 for this cause. I saw a leaflet in the canteen yesterday and felt i'd like to contribute to that this year, and running through London's beautiful Royal Parks is a lovely way to do it.
