There are many reasons not to enter the London Triathlon. You have to swim round the Royal Albert Docks dodging scrap metal and radioactive fish (in a flourescent orange swimming cap), then cycle 20km in a pair of wet shorts before going on a 5k run in a singlet.
   Not a good look.
   Nevertheless, for reasons still unknown we're doing it this weekend. And also hoping to raise a few pounds for those good people at Macmillan Cancer Support.
   So please wish us luck, think of us at noon on Saturday and give away some money.
