Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am running the Edinburgh Half Marathon AGAIN. The first time I ran it, in 2013, was to remember Colin on what would have been his 40th birthday. He had died suddenly at 38 leaving me with our babies Evie and Isla, 22 months and nine weeks. Myself and Col's friends and family raised thousands for BHF. So I ran it again last year for the same cause and raised some more. Now I am running it again but for a local Edinburgh Charity called Richmond's Hope. This amazing little charity helps children find their way through bereavement and loss and has directly helped Evie understand daddy's death. She attended the Play Therapy sessions last summer and already has said she wants to go back because sometimes she has a funny feeling inside and she doesn't know how to tell me what it is. Isla has started asking about daddy in a most obsessive way so I am so pleased to be raising money for a charity that will no doubt be in the Campbell Girls lives for a while. I hope you can help me help them.
