Welcome to The Onpoint 7 Sins Challenge
I have agreed to a bit of a fitness drive leading up to Christmas.
To keep me true to it, I am going to do it for local charity CHIPS Play.
The plan is to give up 7 foods or drinks for 7 weeks. I will also strive to do at least 1 hour of training and/or 10,000 steps for 7 days a week.
Here are the 7 deadly sins that we will be giving up:
1, Beer
2, Coffee
3, Fizzy Drinks
4, Biscuits
5, Bread
6, Crisps
7, Chocolate
Should i slip at any point it will be a £20 donation to the charity.
