Hi everyone! My name is Bryn, and I'm a reporter for MyLocalNews, who operate 17 local news magazines in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Greater London, including HEMELnews, BERKOnews and KINGSnews.

The DENS Sponsored Sleepout is an amazing event I've known about for a long time as a born and bred Hemel Hempstead resident, and as part of my company's support of the night this year, I've decided to take part myself.

DENS is a fantastic charity that helps combat homelessness across Dacorum, a cause I truly care about. All people should have shelter and somewhere to call home, and the fact that in 2021, more than 200,000 UK households were experiencing it is beyond appalling.

Please, do give what you can to help combat this, the people at DENS do amazing work in the community, but they can only do that with said community's financial support.
