Story

Staff from Baslow Surgery are taking part in a sponsored walk in memory of our friend and colleague Dr Louise Jordan. This charity was very close to Louise’s heart.

Louise was one of the founders of Helen’s Trust and chair of trustees. She was supported by staff from Blythe House Hospice and Helen’s Trust during her illness.

The hospice provides care and support for patients and families affected by a life-limiting illness living across North Derbyshire. The hospice’s 24/7 Hospice at Home and Roaming Car services allow patients to access high quality end of life care at home whilst the hospice itself provides specialist outpatient clinics; physio, occupational and complementary therapies; nursing services; family and carer support and 1:1 counselling sessions for adults, children & young people affected by life-limiting illness.

Thank you for sponsoring us.
