Spokane County continues to have the highest rate of domestic violence in Washington state. This year, YWCA Spokane is on track to receive 6,000 calls to their emergency helpline - that's a 2,000 call increase from last year.

I'm fundraising to help cover these additional calls because every single one represents someone reaching out for safety and support. It costs just $25 to support one emergency call with trained counselors.

And $25 doesn't just fund a phone conversation. It funds the moment everything changes. The moment someone experiencing intimate partner domestic violence hears "You called the right place."
