All donations will go to Neuroscience and Mental Health Research at Cardiff University and be used for research into mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia, Autism and Huntington’s disease to better the lives of people who live with these mental health conditions.

Monthly activities: Wellbeing Walks for Summer months. Inside games for winter months.

All attendees: it is £1 or more donation per person to attend.

Dates of Activities:

-Wednesday 16th July leaving Hadyn Ellis Building at 12noon and walking to Bute park and back.

-Wednesday 27th August 2024 leaving Hadyn Ellis Building at 12noon and walking to Bute park for ice cream.

- October - Wednesday 1st October 12noon leaving Hadyn Ellis Building walking to Bute Park - a walk in Bute park and a visit to the Secret garden cafe. Or can meet us at Secret Garden cafe at 12:15.
