Next June I turn 40 and with a significant birthday I felt I wanted to do something a little drastic (or very crazy 🤪) so……

What better way to celebrate than doing a Wing Walk and try and raise money for an amazing charity along the way.

On Saturday 20th June 2026 (9 days before I turn 40 😱) I shall be taking part in a charity wing walk for Wishes 4 kids an amazing charity who help make children’s dreams come true.

Wishes 4 Kids has been created to grant a wish for children and youngsters in Leicestershire who are life limited, terminally ill, have experienced life-changing physical or emotional traumas and have suffered major abuse. The Charity grants wishes for those of eighteen years and below.

Wishes 4 Kids has already granted thousands of wishes for local children.

Sadly we do not have a magical cure for the suffering of these youngsters, however, we can bring a short period of respite. The time when a child has a wish granted is a moment that will be treasured by them for the rest of their life. It is also a time which parents will remember – that time when their child forgot the suffering.

So please help me work towards my goal of £600 which will go towards granting a wish for a child/ren.
