Chris's 12 Hour Swim for Mental Health – Swimathon 2025

In September 2025, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest physical and emotional challenges of my life – a solo swim across the English Channel – all to raise money for The Rob Hill Foundation, the charity I founded in memory of my twin brother Rob, who tragically lost his life to addiction.
In the lead-up to this huge challenge, I’m also completing a 12-hour non-stop swim on Saturday 26th July at Dover Harbour – and I need your support.
💙 I’m asking you to sponsor me as I take on this endurance challenge to help raise funds that will go directly toward providing free mental health and addiction recovery workshops for those who need them most – in schools, communities, and online across the UK.
Your donation – no matter the size – will help us deliver hope, healing and practical support to people who often have nowhere else to turn.
If my challenge inspires you to do something yourself, you can take part in the Rob Hill Foundation Swimathon on the same day – Saturday 26th July – by swimming 1 mile in your local pool, and getting friends and family to sponsor you.
We've made it easy to set up your own fundraising page or download a kit if you'd prefer to go old-school.
But whether you swim or simply support, your donation means everything.
