CBRE Dolomites Challenge · 22 June 2023

CBRE are proud to partner Macmillan Cancer Support. 1 in 2 people will receive a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime, so our partnership is more important than ever, to help Macmillan do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer.

Story

A team of 70 CBRE employees and clients will be riding from Venice to Verona via many of the 2000m high passes of the Dolomites, over 5 long and gruelling days in the saddle.

The 600km route climbing over 11,000 vertical metres in total has been designed in part by me, and I am braced for some words of advice along the way, probably not all of them complementary. This is not a holiday but a challenge, and one which needs to be worthy of the causes for which we are riding where real hardship and suffering are everyday realities from which we will draw strength as we stare at our front wheels grinding uphill.

All participants are self funded and every penny raised goes to charity, the recipients of which will benefit hugely from your generosity and support.

Please support who you can with what you can.

Thank you !

Chris

CBRE are proud to partner Macmillan Cancer Support.

Living with cancer can be devastating at the best of times, but even harder as a result of the recent pandemic. At Macmillan, we talk to people affected by cancer every day and for many, issues with money and mental health such as stress and depression, are their biggest worry.

Our partnership focuses on tackling financial hardship and loneliness together, helping Macmillan develop their telephone, online and virtual support services and to help thousands more people with much needed financial and emotional support.

The CBRE partnership is going to be more important than ever before, to help Macmillan do whatever it takes to support every single person living with cancer.

Cancer is not going anywhere. And neither can Macmillan.

Join us in supporting Macmillan, so they can keep providing financial and emotional support to the millions of people that count on them.
