I am raising funds for the children's heart surgery fund as my friends little boy Arthur was diagnosed at 20 weeks with hypoplastic right heart syndrome ( half a working heart). At 2 days old Arthur had a PDA stent of which was successful. Arthur had a complex investigation and his heart function was dependent on the right ventricular coronary circulation. After a tricky start to the surgery Arthur went into cardiac arrest, Arthurs surgeon succeeded on the 29th November 2021 to put Arthur onto a Glenn circulation with amendments to adjust parts that needed to work for Arthur's abnormal coronary's.

Arthur is now awaiting further surgery's of which are for his valves and hopefully the final stage of a single ventricle circulation - the Fontan

As you can imagine the family are extremely grateful for the Childrens Heart Surgery fund and would like to raise more funds for this charity for other children and adults who are in the same heart club.
