HYROX is coming to Dublin and in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support, myself and my friend Conor Brady will be competing in a mixed doubles race this November!

Neither of us are strangers to how precious life is & are grateful always for the priviledge we have to run, exercise and move our bodies.

HYROX training & competing, like any other sport, is a mental and physical challenge, but one we are lucky to be able to face and enjoy. It is not lost on us the mental and physical battle people and their families face daily against cancer - anything we can do to help ease that challenge is a win!
