This October, the spotlight returns for Construction Rocks 2025 — a night where industry professionals trade blueprints for basslines and rock the stage, all in support of a powerful mission: ending youth homelessness.

For the past 18 years, our incredible bands, sponsors, and growing audience have come together to raise funds for LandAid, the property industry’s charity that supports life-changing services for young people facing homelessness. With every performance, every cheer, and every donation, we’ve built more than just memories — we’ve helped build futures.

Led by our passionate hosts, Bill and Nigel, this event has become a cornerstone of Construction Rocks: Battle of the Bands and its commitment to giving back. Their dedication, year after year, has helped grow Construction Rocks into a movement that’s as meaningful as it is musical — a celebration of talent, teamwork, and purpose.

Last year, an estimated 121,000 young people in the UK were homeless — a shocking 40% rise in just five years. These young people need our support more than ever.
