Story
The CPA is proud to be working with Crisis as part of its new initiative to support a charity or not for profit organisation through fundraising. This initiative launched in February 2024 with the selection of Crisis through a vote of the CPA membership. The partnership will last for two years, after which a new organisation will be selected.
Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. Homelessness is not inevitable; together it can be put to an end. Across the 9 Skylights in Great Britain, Crisis works directly with thousands of people every year who are facing homelessness and help them to rebuild their lives. They do this through education, training, and one-to-one support with housing, employment and health. They work in partnership with organisations in regions where they don’t have physical presence through their grant's programme and knowledge sharing. Crisis put pioneering research into the causes and consequences of homelessness and campaign for the changes needed to end it for everyone, for good.
