At E3 Recruitment, we’re passionate about making a real difference—not just in recruitment, but in the lives of those who need it most. That’s why our team is taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise vital funds for The Howarth Foundation, an incredible charity helping people facing homelessness get back into employment.

What’s the Challenge?

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is no walk in the park! It’s a 24-mile trek tackling Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, with a total ascent of over 5,000ft, all in under 12 hours. This challenge will push us to our limits, but it’s nothing compared to the struggles faced by those The Howarth Foundation supports.

Why We’re Doing This

The Howarth Foundation works tirelessly to help individuals who have experienced homelessness, addiction, or other life challenges take steps towards rebuilding their lives through employment. By taking on this challenge, we want to raise £[Target Amount] to support their Business Building Futures Programme, which helps people get back into work, regain independence, and rebuild their confidence.
