On 5th April 2024, Denise D'Ambra was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer and sadly passed away on 6th August 2024.

In lieu of funeral flowers, Denise requested that donations be made to Cancer Research UK to support their vital work in preventing, diagnosing, and treating cancer.
