Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you are aware…… Helping Homeless Veterans Uk is currently on a mission to transform a disused, old nightclub in Llanelli into accommodation for homeless veterans. This will hopefully be the second build project the charity will undertake.

Honestly, there’s a lot of red tape involved with many discussions still to be had along with submission of planning documents, let alone funding. BUT……. We remain confident that with the support of our supporters, followers and general public supporting a much needed cause…… we will get there.

This year, I have pledged to fundraise for this cause by taking part in a series of events throughout the year that will provide much needed relief for homeless veterans through our charity and it will also contribute to long-term solutions our country faces with veteran homelessness.

These events will not be easy by any stretch and they will progressively get harder as the year goes on. From bridge walks to half marathons and Triathlons to IronMan and beyond.

Training is well and truly underway.

By fundraising from these events, we can directly contribute to the necessary funds required to transform the old, abandoned building in Llanelli into much-needed accommodation for homeless veterans in South Wales.

This initiative will provide a safe and supportive environment for the many veterans who have faced difficulty and are currently without a home, sleeping in their cars, sofa surfing or facing relationship breakdown.

This is where your help is needed. If you can spare the cost of a cup of coffee, you would have already helped in a positive way in supporting this project. Thank you so much❤️❤️
