Kidney Cancer Scotland aims at increasing awareness of kidney cancer among health professionals and the general public. It supports patients and their families through the provision of information and research into the causes, prevention and treatment of the disease.

Story

It's been a year since our dear friend and fellow Trance companion spread his wings for the heavens and started his own party with fellow legends who have also parted this world. Greig was a person who was loved by many and certainly knew how to party. Not only loved by his immediate family but he was a figure head and speared his way into being one of the most approachable characters.

Grieg's been gone from our lives but he never be forgotten. Rest well Greig....

Greig was from Kintore in Aberdeenshire and was married to Phayorm and had one son, Daniel. He was always around on Twitch supporting fellow Trance DJ's and gaining a lot of friendships. Even on meet-ups, he would be the life and soul of a party and could certainly keep up with the best on being able to enjoy his drink.

Greig was given some news that was certainly to change his life. He was told that he had Cancer. Being the person he was, he was never going to give up and fight this all the way. The love and support he was given from friends and family was paramount. He never even wanted sympathy. He was determined to battle this on but sadly, some time later, he was to lose his battle. It left an emotional scar on the Trance community.

This year in 2025, we are going to do this all again in the memory of Greig.

Thanks to Wilko_DJ, he has yet again gone beyond to get another Charity Raid Train and has made Kidney Cancer Scotland the target for the event.

We want to make a difference and help raise the funds to further improve other patients who are going through this traumatic time.

Be a part of this event and make a difference. It doesn't matter how much you donate to support the charity, it's your involvement that counts and regardless on the amount you send, it will be a long lasting memory for someone who will be shining down on you and acknowledging the generosity.

Thank you
