In January 2026, Carrie Pierce tragically passed away from Sudden Arrythmic Death Syndrome (SADS), leaving behind a husband and 3 children. Carrie was aged just 36, the same age at which Carli also passed away from SADS.

The Pierce family have a huge connection to Hullbridge Sports and the local community.

On 22 May, a football match will be held between the charity and the football club
