It’s that time of year again when I fundraise for Crohn’s and Colitis UK in a very hot and sticky inflatable costume! It’s foxes this time so keep an eye out for us!

This is my chosen charity because of the awful times I have seen my lovely brother and his family go through when he has a flare up. I’ve also watched one of my best friends see her mum crippled by Crohn’s and shared their pain and worry. Watching the people you love hurt and being unable to do anything is excruciating. This is why I’m hoping you’ll donate a little bit of your hard earned cash to a very worthy cause.

To those of you dealing with this personally or with your loved ones, you are the heroes. The eco-climate in my costume is for you 😜😂😂❤️❤️❤️

Right now, an estimated 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. And the real number could be almost double that.

Because of the stigma and misunderstanding surrounding these diseases, thousands of people are suffering in silence.

But they’re not alone.

We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment, and to fund research into a cure; to raise awareness and to give people hope, comfort and confidence to live freer, fuller lives.
