I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon (13.1 miles)on Sunday 13th October in memory of my good friend and work colleague Lynda who sadly lost her battle with cancer earlier this year. In her final days she was cared for by the wonderful staff at Mary Stevens Hospice in Stourbridge.

The Hospice relies on donations from the public to keep providing the care and support for people at the end of their life.
