I am raising money for the wonderful Rainbow Foundation, a charity that I volunteer as a Trustee for. And I've roped my friend Jenny in too. Neither of us are "runners" so this is going to be a real challenge, especially training in the winter months!

Rainbow Foundation makes a huge impact on the lives of the ageing community in and around Wrexham, particularly in rural areas where people often feel isolated. They help them to live happier, more independent lives. One of the main barriers is transport and we are a mini bus down! Any donations you can spare will be gratefully received and will make a real difference to peoples lives.
