I am running a 50k ultra marathon in the Peak District on 14 October to raise money for Dementia Support.

Dementia Support are a small charity, providing help to those effected by dementia – be that the person with dementia or their family.

This is also in memory of my Mum and Dad. Mum suffered with dementia for several years and Dad was caring for her through those difficult years. At that time there was little help and support available for Mum or Dad. That is why this charity means so much. Thank you for any donations you are able to make.
